Kim's Experience in Real Estate started in 2007 when she took a position as administrator/receptionist at a 70-agent office in Vernon. She moved on to obtaining her residential real estate license in 2011 and changed to a Marketing and Operations Director for a commercial real estate company specializing in mergers and acquisitions in 2015. In 2017 she became the managing broker there and was the driving force behind a growing team of commercial agents and business brokers. Her vast knowledge of real estate systems and software provides her with the ability to run a successful real estate office. She has worked in all areas of a brokerage from front reception to marketing, conveyance, and then to managing broker in residential, commercial, and property management, so she understands all aspects of the real estate transaction and customer service. She is a certified Buffini & Company mentor and has trained many agents with the proven techniques of working by referral. She has volunteered as a director of our Association of Interior Realtors Board and has remained an active volunteer on many committees and task forces to date. Kim's views on leadership: To Quote Simon Sinek - "There are two things that great leaders need to have. Empathy and perspective. I think these things are so often forgotten in most companies. Leaders are so often concerned about there status or their position in an organization that they forget their real job. The real job of a leader is not about being "in charge", it's about taking care of those "in their charge"." She prides herself on creating an environment that is open and inclusive and she truly care for those in her charge. She has also learned that in order to get what you want, you must help others get what they want. By helping her agents succeed she is able to ensure her success.
